No. I don't typically do this. But if Daddy can't sit down to dinner with us and the requests are simple enough, I'll make what they each want. And that's what I did earlier this week.
T's request, for breakfast that morning, actually - was broccoli. I knew that's what he said, but I kind of thought maybe he wanted chocolate. As in chocolate milk (which is the only form of milk V drinks, and she chugs it well) or maybe just chocolate. But no, my kids like broccoli and obviously his little body was craving some greens. I didn't have it on hand, however, so it had to wait for later in the day. That's all he wanted for dinner. This was his first helping. And then he had more!
V, although liking broccoli, knew we had buffalo mozzarella, so she wanted caprese.
Me, well, I ate both!
