A couple of nights ago, I already had T in his pj's, but he insisted he needed a walk to the park. It wasn't quite bedtime, so I let the spontaneity bug take over and off we went. V was eating somthing and told me that if we were headed to the park, she wanted to come when she was done (with Daddy) - but we were only half way down the street when she yelled out that she was ready and joined us. We had the place to ourselves. It was a lovely evening but with kids back in school, I suppose the park just wasn't getting the summer traffic anymore.

The kids doubled up on my personal favorite piece of equipment at the park. That thing spins and is sooo fun! You'll usually find me on it at least once during our park excursions. Of course, age must be making me a little more prone to dizziness, because a couple of spins and I'm wobbling afterwards!

I was taken by surprise by two familiar black labs running right to me. P,B, & J joined us (ha! I never realized that - what with our nut allergy and all - PB&J isn't something we think about...)
